Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is facing legal challenges for his criticisms of a key witness in the Biden controversy.
Anthony Bobulinski, a respected Navy veteran and former business associate of the Biden family, has filed a lawsuit against Raskin.

The lawsuit stems from Raskin’s comments in a televised interview on MSNBC and on social media, where he cast doubt on the credibility of witnesses like Bobulinski as foreign agents. The lawsuit seeks a jury trial and $20 million in damages for alleged harm to Bobulinski’s reputation and well-being.
According to court documents, Raskin is accused of deliberately tarnishing Bobulinski’s reputation in an effort to divert attention from alleged misconduct by the Biden family.

The lawsuit asserts that Raskin acted beyond his official duties, potentially making him personally liable.
The plaintiff, Anthony “Tony” Bobulinski, gained attention for his claims about the Biden family’s foreign business dealings, particularly with China.
