Government gets expanded powers for surveillance without warrants

https://www.newstarget.com/2024-04-29-congress-america-nightmare-surveillance-police-state.html

Matthew Fogg is one of those rare individuals who is utterly relentless. But that relentlessness comes with incredible patience. When he realized he was a victim of racial discrimination within the federal government, he filed a lawsuit. On this episode of the Whistleblowers, John Kiriakou speaks with Matthew Fogg about his 30 year fight with the government.

A massive police presence flooded Bayfront Marketplace Monday night. The official report states the scene was a result of a large fight involving teens and fireworks.

Following the incident, Monday, flight delays were reported across the U.S. due to an "issue" at the air traffic control center in Miami.

Tampa international airport released this tweet in response to the chaos and demand for answers, “Florida air space is not closed. Miami Air Traffic Control is having a few issues at the moment, but almost all flights in/out of TPA are unaffected. Please contact the FAA for further info. We’re wishing you safe travels!”

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a ground stop for all aircraft trying to enter or fly out of Florida.

“The FAA has slowed the volume of traffic into Florida airspace due to an air traffic computer issue that is being resolved...The ERAM system is a modern computer system at the air traffic centers that handle en route traffic," the agency stated.

Thanks to a growing number of unconstitutional federal programs, local law enforcement in almost every jurisdiction has been drawn in as tools of a national police state the founders would’ve despised. But states aren’t required to participate, even under modern precedent. Here are 5 big areas where they can simply opt out and help bring this unconstitutional national police state to an end.

"Western media reporting on the recent elections held in annexed regions of Ukraine claimed Russian officials were going door-to-door to force residents to polling stations where they were observed by armed police. Western countries have denounced the elections as a violation of international law.
On this edition of 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes speaks to Steve Gill, one of the American election observers, who will share what he witnessed during the three-day voting period."

France is no stranger to political and social upheaval; it was home to one of the most famous revolutions, which lasted ten years at the end of the 18th century. However, the recent riots and protests in France after the killing of a 17-year-old boy by French police sparked significant concern, as they were not limited to a certain city or region, but rather, the entire country. Some analysts even pondered if France’s colonial past may have paved the way for the ethnic and socioeconomic tensions that have plagued the Western European country. Host Manila Chan sits down with renowned French-American cartoonist Ted Rall to discuss the current situation in France.

Democrat Lawmaker Arrested Over Alleged Burglary
DAILY REPORT
April 26,2024

Minnesota state Sen. Nicole Mitchell (D) was charged with first-degree burglary on Tuesday after she allegedly broke into her stepmother’s house a day earlier to take her late father’s belongings.

Mitchell, 49, a first-term senator in Minnesota, was arrested at a home in Detroit Lakes on Monday after police responded around 4:45 a.m. to a homeowner’s 911 call.
Mitchell was found dressed in black clothing and a black hat. The state legislator later confessed that she entered the home through a basement window.
The items she is accused of attempting to steal include pictures, a flannel shirt and some ashes. While being placed under arrest, Mitchell said to her stepmother:
“I was just trying to get a couple of my dad’s things because you wouldn’t talk to me anymore,” she said.
Mitchell later denied the burglary allegation in a Facebook post, stating that she went to check on a loved one with Alzheimer disease after learning of medical information, which made her deeply concerned.
