Simply there is NO enough judicial & legal of Los Angeles housing authorities (NO in place 3 strike policy against slumlords), local code (so called SUPPOSE 2 B enforcement) agencies (siding with slumlords) ie: LAHD-housing dept, LADBS-Bldg & safety & LAEH-environmental health & more so of slumlords & the real estate industry is JUST AS guilty! NO excuses-NO rationalizations = it's just NOISE 4 (?) 2 try & justify themselves doing what they do &/or B-ing busted. So it's been & is a daily ongoing, never endless cycle, game, misc of such & playing games with other's lives, especially the homeless as if 4 mere humor kicks, YEAH, pretty sick BUT YEAH those of Power locally-TOP globally, who R U peasant $ tax paying civilian 2 THEM, right?

& HUH may-might I add that it's NOT $ money that makes a HUMAN but solely behavioral God-Jesus-Holy Bible appeasing SELF deny CHARACTER whether single-celibate (me NO shacking up NOR human breeding), tired, frail, straight-hetrosexual, alpha male or beta female of ANY race! & MORE SO HUD's federal housing agency via the local housing authorities, a 3 strike policy that deems after the 3rd bad wrong violation of a slumlord, they R then placed on a automatic, (?) misc ban-BLACKLIST list amidst the overall USA real estate industry (itself), aside from long $ corrupt history of the local code (so called SUPPOSE 2 B enforcement) agencies ie: LAHD-housing dept, LADBS-Bldg & safety & LAEH-environmental health 2 NOT side with slumlords against decent tenants reporting violations against slumlords, GET it?! Understand?

Huh, thing is, with the (JUST AS HUMAN AS U R ie: $ celebrities-TOP Elite's Power, misc else) homeless (as with veterans, crime victim's, misc else) out there USA-globally is the EXTERNAL exhibited & exposed 2 that CAN & DOES affects 1's INTERNAL within, THAT'S trauma, NOT wrong labeled m.i.-mentally ill & of NO SELF fault via NO had $ recourse against past slumlord, it's vast & variously MORE than just merely THAT. It's bad management, internal within LACK of right, proper, judicial & legal processes that WOULD rightly deem un2 slumlords, THAT of a non voluntary-non optional, must B agreed 2 when signing up in2 THAT of & with local housing authorities.
