SENATOR SLAMS DEMS FOR ASSAULTING VICTIMS AGAIN WITH DANGEROUS AMENDMENTS TO CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING BILL

Republican state Senator Shannon Grove of California is outraged and disappointed by her Democratic colleagues for weakening a crucial bill that aimed to protect minors from human trafficking. The amendments made by the Democratic lawmakers significantly reduced the penalties for those who buy and engage in sexual activities with minors, earning strong criticism from Grove.
During the hearing, Grove was shocked and appalled by the Democrats’ actions to forcefully pass these amendments without her approval. The survivors of sexual abuse also felt violated and hurt as they watched the events unfold. Grove questioned the Democrats’ motives, as there seemed to be no rational explanation for their actions.
Grove emphasized the severity of the issue in California, where the state ranks fifth highest in human trafficking cases. The majority of these cases involve sex trafficking, which accounts for 89% of all human trafficking cases in the state. Despite this alarming statistic, the Democrats continue to push for legislation that weakens protections for these vulnerable minors.
In 2020, Democratic Governor Gavin Newsome signed a bill authored by Senator Scott Wiener, who is also a member of the committee that voted in favor of the amendments to Grove’s bill. This bill relaxed sex offender registry requirements, causing concern for the safety of minors in the state. A similar amendment was also made to Grove’s bill, which removed the requirement for offenders to register as sex offenders if the perpetrator was less than 10 years older than the victim.
Senator Wiener did not respond to inquiries regarding the amendments, raising questions about his intentions. Another Democratic senator, Craig Bradford, also voted in favor of the amendments, stating his hesitation in creating new felonies and their potential impact on communities of color. However, Bradford previously supported a different bill proposed by Grove that aimed to make the selling of a minor for sex a felony.

In recent news, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has once again proven her disregard for law and order by vetoing a crucial bipartisan bill. This decision has sparked outrage among conservative voices, who view it as yet another example of the state's descent into lawlessness. As a conservative writer, it is my duty to shed light on this concerning issue and provide a perspective that is often ignored in mainstream media.
At the heart of the matter lies Hobbs' veto of a bill that aimed to curb the growing threat of lawlessness in Arizona. This bill, backed by both Republican and Democratic lawmakers, sought to enforce stricter penalties for crimes such as rioting and destruction of public property. However, Hobbs saw fit to reject this legislation, citing concerns over potential infringements on First Amendment rights. This, of course, is nothing more than a thinly veiled excuse to appease the radical left and undermine the safety and security of Arizona citizens.
But this veto is not an isolated incident. It is just the latest in a series of actions by Hobbs that have emboldened lawlessness in Arizona. Under her leadership, the state has become a haven for violent protesters and criminals, while law-abiding citizens are left to fend for themselves. This cannot continue if we want to maintain any semblance of order and stability in our communities.
What is even more concerning is the blatant disregard for the bipartisan nature of the bill. In a time where political division runs rampant, the fact that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle could come together to address a pressing issue should be applauded. Yet, Hobbs chose to ignore this unity and prioritize her own political agenda over the safety and well-being of Arizona residents.

Florida governor Ron DeSantis announced on Twitter today that he will be running in the 2024 presidential election.
“American decline is not inevitable, it is a choice. And we should choose a new direction — a path that will lead to American revitalization,” DeSantis said in an online conversation with Twitter CEO Elon Musk.
“I am running for president of the United States to lead our great American comeback.”
Joining me today is Brian Festa, founder of We The Patriots USA, a non profit currently suing both the local and federal EPA, as well as numerous Ohio officials such as Governor DeWine, regarding the mishandling and apparent coverup of the chemical disaster in East Palestine, Ohio. The organization is also involved in numerous other important lawsuits, and Brian himself has been fighting for important concepts such as vaccine exemptions since at least 2020 after one of his children suffered a vaccine injury following a flu vaccine. Brian is here today to discuss the current lawsuit pertaining to the East Palestine and why this is so important to the safety of the residents therein.

Arizona Election Committee testimony implicates Arizona’s Governor, Secretary of State, County Board of Supervisors for years of fraud and racketeering.
Oklahoma Governor, Kevin Stitt, said this week in reference to a bill that would limit childhood gender, affirming mutilations, "We must protect our most vulnerable, our children... minors can’t vote, can’t purchase alcohol, can’t purchase cigarettes. We shouldn’t allow a minor to get a permanent gender-altering surgery in Oklahoma."
"That’s why I am calling on the legislature to send me a bill that bans all gender-transition surgeries and hormone therapies on minors in the state."
His statement were met with hundreds of "Trans Lives Matter" protesters gathered at the Oklahoma state Capitol to protest against the legislation.
The protestors can be heard chanting, "this is our house," and "protect trans kids," and holding signs that read, "Protect trans rights" and "My body, my freedom."
