We will force rents down on penalty towards those who own these buildings. If they don't comply to rent deductions of $400 to $500 dollars or more (depending upon present level of cost of living), the federal government will confiscate the property. We will alter the laws to make sure the rental corporate owners have no recourse of appeal. This legislation will not apply to private home owners.
The problem we have is not talked about. The problem lies within the capitalists who own these buildings. THESE MEN AND WOMEN ARE THE PROBLEM! STOP IGNORING OR TALKING AROUND THE PROBLEM! HOUSING IS A RIGHT!
