Back in March 2020, when a lot of countries went into their first lockdown, there was a spike in deaths around that time (April). It was easy to attribute it to ‘Covid’, as every death became labelled a Covid death as a matter of policy. Deaths due to ‘Covid’ certainly fitted the fear narrative.
