Our Foundation recently joined a federal case against the State of New York and its unconstitutional new anti-gun statute.

New York’s Democratic legislature and its ultra-liberal Governor, Kathy Hochul, are attempting to make a mockery of the Supreme Court by defying its landmark gun rights decision in June.
New York is attempting to trample on the rights of gun owners by replacing one unconstitutional anti-gun scheme with another, and we’re taking legal action to make sure they don’t away with it.

if we don’t stop New York’s unconstitutional legislation in its tracks, other Liberal states will soon follow suit.
