Tonight, I am researching Thomas Jefferson's theory of civil disobedience and why he was already fighting against the centralization of Federal power just over a decade after the original constitution was ratified; Noah Webster's views of the original constitution and the general attitude of the Founding Fathers at the time; and Lysander Spooner's treatise on Natural Law and the overall illegitimacy of the constitution for a new video.
