Sometimes you have to turn away from helicopters and motorcades and police cars to just walk around Washington D.C. and take a look at the sights, like Adams Morgan, the National Zoo and Ben's Chilli Bowl. Today was a bit mental, but this is what happened before the insanity on Friday with the active shooter.
